We custom-manufacture all types of elastomer parts in different colours, grades, and hardness levels (food-grade compounds FDA, 3A, aerospace 20A&B, 31B, 41B, 50D, 61D, drinking water standards ACS, WRAS, SDWA, etc.).
We can mark the parts with your references, your brand, or even define a unique, “mnemonic” colour specific to you for your marketing department.
In our elastomer moulding workshop, we produce O-rings:
– Custom-made (non-standard dimensions),
– Standard dimensions but with special elastomers,
– Hardness levels ranging from 25ShA to 97ShA,
– In all colours,
– With various certificates, inspection, and/or individual packaging,
– With specific approvals (FDA, 3A, ACS, SDWA, aerospace, medical USP Cl VI, etc.).
In all cases, the moulding tools are manufactured in our machining workshop.
Our machines enable us to produce the most complex moulds.
By manufacturing our moulding tools in-house, we are able to remain highly responsive and cost-competitive — with no intermediary margins, no transport costs, and no mould reworking expenses.
