The cleaning balloons or de-clogging balls are rubber balls of varying hardness, and their diameter may differ depending on the application.
They are used to clean or prevent the clogging of products that tend to agglomerate or build up.
They are set in motion through frequency or vibration. Their bouncing on the surfaces allows the de-clogging of agglomerated products.
They are frequently used to clear blockages in hoppers, tanks, containers, vats, feed lines, and sieves.
We offer multiple tooling sizes, ranging from Ø30 to Ø70 mm.
We can manufacture these cleaning balloons or balls in most elastomers,
– Natural rubber,
– Parablond,
– Silicone,
– Viton®,
– Polyurethane,
– Neoprene,
– SBR, etc.
And in various hardness levels (from 35ShA to 95ShA) with different rebound properties.
We can also offer FDA or 3A food-grade compounds and colors adapted to your applications.
