The dosing pistons
In our standard range, you will find a wide variety of dosing pistons
ranging from 14 mm to over 200 mm in diameter.
These pistons are entirely made in our workshops. 
We study and design your pistons as part of existing machine modifications, improvements, refurbishments, or simply for replacement of an existing model.
Depending on service and cleaning conditions, we offer various materials for piston construction, carefully selecting those that are best suited to your application.
Our machining centres and multi-axis lathes enable us to produce the most complex gears at competitive costs and within negotiable lead times.
Rotating bushels and discs
The supply of volumetric dosers is most often carried out through conical hoppers or rotary discs.
These hoppers or rotary discs are made from several materials carefully selected for their properties, with the aim of optimising machine performance. As with the piston range, all parts are designed and engineered in our workshops.
We offer standard parts for replacement, modified parts for improvements and refurbishments, or we can study your specifications and drawings to adapt or create the most efficient model possible.
